If you encounter issues during the login process, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

Incorrect details

If login details are entered incorrectly, you will receive an "Incorrect Email or Password" error message. Try to enter your login details again. Make sure that Caps Lock is not enabled and the language is set to English.

If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

Important: If you enter an incorrect password 5 times in a row, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You will need to wait 24 hours before trying to log in again or use a reset your password option to reset the password and log in immediately.

Forgot Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log in:

  1. Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address (using lowercase letters of the alphabet).
  3. Enter the 4-digit PIN sent to your email and click Submit Password.
  4. Set up a new password for your profile.


The page is not loading.

  • In case you are not being redirected to Alpari Profile after you have clicked the login button, please try clearing the browser Cache. Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the login process. Clear your browser cache and try logging in again.
  • Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A poor connection may lead to login failures.
  • Some browser extensions may conflict with the login process. Temporarily disable them and attempt to log in.

Did Not Receive the OTP?

If you don’t receive the OTP email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. If it’s not there, try again after clearing your browser’s cookies and cache.

No Access to Registered Email?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your profile, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
